I just find it hard to source decent cars that is why i go to auction its difficult get anything decent from private sellers most of them traders anyway its like hit and miss last few mistakes open my eyes never again buy any car before doing any home work thank you for your advice I appreciate it

If anybody has no patience if customers wasting time shouldn't do this job if you dont like their voices tell him car is sold or you got deposit for the car

I can only speak as I find. My Asian customers tend to be in the 30 to 40 group (heading for middle age as I said)
last week I dealt with a father and son. The son was buying, the father was paying. Both were gentlemen. The chap I bought that particular car from was also an Asian around 35. His mother made me the best cup of tea I,ve ever had and fed me chocolate biscuits.
As I type this I,m on my way to the Midlands to buy a car from another Asian family and all the signs are that the car will be as described and the deal will be smooth.
I may be controversal here but I think I score with Asian people because I give the older ones who,s English is not great a bit of time and patience and try to understand them. Also, I think a lot of buyers (and sellers) immediately switch off and lose interest as soon as they hear an Asian voice on the line. A bit of respect goes a long way.

I haven't had time to get to it yet mate it still drives really nice part from losing pover that is the main concern if it doesn't go i drive until I sell it thank you for your thought

Tradegirl thank you for you advise i got quoted £750 for reconditioned turbo all in get it fixed and get whatever i get cut my losses keep going until i get it right thank you

No iam a trader. with some reason fees are very high car is still at manheim at the moment thinking to bring back home iam trading from home iam new at trading iwas selling cars 20 years ago but i had a long break sick of cooking now decided to come back but everything changed unfortunately

Hi guys first of all I would like to say thank you all for sharing your experiences thoughs and knowledge I have been here for a week now I promise I have learned a lot thank you.my problem is bought a bmw 320d se diesel 06 plate paid hammer price £3100 about £400 pounds fee from manheim Newcastle it starts beutifull half way home lights flashing something wrong took it mechanic said clutch gone it was juddering engines turbo gone priced 2,500 k take it back to manheim two week not sold iam stuck with it i know I shouldn't bought it but it looked beautiful anyway any suggestions please I really appreciate it thank you all
