2008 Peugeot 308 error code p0192

Sold a month or so ago and the lady’s been on the phone, car cut out and she got it going but now says anti pollution fault, she’s had a mechanic read the code and he says replace the injector as it looks like it’s leaking

could this trigger an anti pollution fault or are they miles off?

Fuel rail pressure sensor is it 1.6 HDI DV6? Done one on a Focus. You need a big socket to go over the sensor.

Maybe.

If they are sure and you're happy to cough up what they're asking money wise do a 'full and final settlement' email. You can't be responsible for more cost in the event of poor diagnosis!

dont forget mechanics code reader might be pointing in wrong direction

looks like a leak from injector 1, probs renew the other 3 so it doesn't come back

I was going to say this when I first read your post but thought it was too obvious because there would have been a oil mess nearby
