1 today nice little Fiesta! Had a lady look at it but wanted the husband to see it and these two young lads turned up (who did call me previously) just bought it on the spot whilst the lady was still here! Snooze you lose love! Last time I had 2 people on the same car was an MGF were they where both circling the car like vultures until one bought it.

The same with me today Tom.....first customer humming & arghing......trying his best to get everything for nothing....says I will be back in 20 minutes with my "expert". Ten minutes later chap & son pop in buy the car and drive off happy. Second chap comes back totally bemused that I would sell to someone else! Its a ten grand car Sir first past the post wins!

Trouble with the lady she wanted £2,500 for her 207 which was trading at £2,000 and they are not the best news.

To be honest I think I'd prefer that to happen than to actually sell two different cars. It is SO SATISFYING.

Especially when they ring up and say 'I'm the one who viewed the X earlier/yesterday' and you can just scream down the phone ITS SOOOOOLLLDDDDD

Danny there's a place down the road from me. I spoke to the guy there on Saturday as I bumped into him at the hand car wash we both use.

He has not sold a car since the EU brexit stuff and sells quite high end similar stuff to you. Probably doesn't make it any easier but I don't think you are alone.

I have certainly been a bit quieter than I would like here.

Stay positive, new week and get selling some cars Facebook marketing offer a special offer perhaps just anything to drum up a bit of interest. Good luck.

Nothing like a warranty Monday to start the day.

Know a good place for gearboxes in Birmingham who are quick and cheap if you need a number let me know.

Yes they can recon while you wait or for common boxes have them on the shelf on an exchange basis. Very good and fairly cheap.

Just sold a 3k Fabia, through Parkers (motors network) to a student from Sheffield.

I've been highly critical of Motors in the past but I'm currently paying £185 a month for 30 cars and it's easily justifying the outlay. It seems to be bringing in 2-3 deals a month minimum.
