  1. Got this problem and more........... had new battery fitted in January and very soon had mile light flashing then lost Bluetooth, irritating but not life changing, then clock light starts flashing. Went away for two weeks, upon return car was lifeless. Charged battery but kept draining. Took to garage and after checking battery they diagnosed ecu fault ( checked by specialist) which is going to cost about £800 for new unit, although mechanic is trying to source secondhand one. Don’t like to question this but having read these comments I’m wondering whether it could actually be faulty battery, and where would that leave me after I’ve paid out for new ecu and still got a fault?
